Job Description

The Job Mission
We are looking for an HVAC Equipment Engineer to oversee and manage contract performance for key HVAC systems within a high-profile nuclear project. You will work closely with internal teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project success.

Your future team’s missions include:

  • Managing HVAC equipment contract performance and configuration follow-up.
  • Coordinating design change processes from initiation to closure.
  • Tracking contract KPIs, including design changes, surveillance, manufacturing, and technical queries.
  • Overseeing the review and surveillance of contractor deliverables.
  • Managing the resolution of non-conformance reports and technical queries.
  • Updating the surveillance programme and producing annual reports.
  • Representing the HVAC contract team in client and supplier meetings.
  • Maintaining and updating document distribution matrices.
My profile
  • Degree in Mechanical or Nuclear Engineering.
  • Experience in project configuration management.
  • Proficiency in TeamCenter or equivalent data-centric tools.
  • Strong experience using Microsoft Excel (KPIs), Word, and Power BI.
  • Ability to manage workload effectively and meet deadlines.
  • Clear and confident communicator, both written and verbal.
  • Experience managing technical, cost, and schedule aspects of high-value contracts.
  • Knowledge of Pressurised Water Reactor HVAC system design.
  • Understanding of nuclear safety classifications.
  • Experience in EPR projects, operating plants, or industrial sites.
  • Familiarity with UK nuclear licensing requirements.
