Location: Acton, ON L7J 2X3. Work location: On site. Salary: $39.00 hourly / 35 to 44 hours per week. Terms of employment: Permanent employment, Full time. Schedule: Morning, Day, Evening, Weekend. Starts as soon as possible. Vacancies: 1.

Responsibilities

• Administer staff consultation and grievance procedures
• Plan, develop, implement and evaluate human resources policies and programs
• Advise managers and employees on the interpretation of human resources policies, benefit programs and collective agreements
• Plan, develop and implement recruitment strategies
• Co-ordinate employee performance and appraisal programs
• Oversee the analysis of employee data and information
• Research employee benefits and health and safety practices and recommend changes
• Oversee payroll administration
• Conduct performance reviews
