Job Title: HR Program Manager

Location: Central London (3 days on-site)

Contract Type: Contract (Inside IR35)

Hourly Rate: £40 - £45 per hour (via umbrella)

Contract Duration: 6 Months

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Program Manager to support the design, delivery, and activation of talent products across a global organization. Reporting to the Global Talent Product Head, this role plays a key part in shaping employee, manager, and HR experiences across cyclical and non-cyclical talent programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement innovative HR and talent programs (e.g., onboarding, performance reviews, assessments)
  • Develop intuitive user experiences and drive adoption across global teams
  • Build and manage continuous feedback loops to improve product delivery
  • Collaborate with HR and cross-functional stakeholders for seamless integration
  • Analyze user data and feedback to inform iterations and improvements
  • Create engaging documentation and training materials
  • Present product roadmaps and concepts to leadership
  • Deliver training to diverse global stakeholder groups
