A leading HR services provider is seeking an HR Officer in Coventry. This role involves supporting the employee experience, managing HR policies, and being a trusted contact for staff. What you’ll do
The HR Officer role is an exciting role within the HR team, supporting the delivery of the employee experience at LGSCO. Reporting to the HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for providing a wide range of HR services across the employee lifecycle, ensuring policies and processes are up to date, and acting as a trusted and approachable point of contact for staff and managers.
Whilst this is a generalist role, we are looking for the successful candidate to take a lead in the areas of learning, induction and wellbeing.
