About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated HR Generalist to join our People team and provide comprehensive support to employees and managers across the product and engineering organization. This role will serve as a trusted partner to employees, manage core HR processes, and help drive strategic initiatives that enhance the employee experience and support business goals.

We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can balance tactical execution with strategic thinking, and is passionate about building a positive employee experience. The ideal candidate is proactive, resourceful, and able to manage sensitive issues with empathy and professionalism.

What You\'ll Do
  • Employee Support: Serve as the first point of contact for employees on day-to-day HR questions, policies, and processes, providing timely and accurate guidance.
  • HR Operations: Manage end-to-end HR processes, including onboarding, offboarding, leaves of absence, and compliance-related reporting.
  • Strategic Initiatives: Partner with HR leadership to plan and execute strategic People initiatives focused on engagement, performance, and retention.
  • Compensation Support: Collaborate with the Compensation team to benchmark and price roles, and support annual compensation and performance cycles.
  • Immigration Support: Assist with immigration-related processes, documentation, and employee communication.
  • Compliance & Documentation: Ensure accurate HR data management and maintain compliance with employment laws and internal policies.
What You\'ll Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2–5 years of experience in HR, with exposure to generalist responsibilities across employee relations, HR operations, and compliance.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and compliance requirements.
  • Experience supporting compensation processes and/or immigration work is a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility across all levels of the organization.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with HRIS systems
