A healthcare provider is seeking a motivated HR Business Partner to provide generalist HR support. The role involves developing manager capability and managing employee relations in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates will have a degree and CIPD membership, with experience in complex HR issues. The position offers a salary of £47,810 to £54,710 per annum, with flexible working patterns available.
We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time HR Business Partner who is highly motivated and able to work in a fast-paced team. Working with and managing members of the HR Advisory team as part of the Trust's Operational HR department, this role provides generalist HR support to Care Group and Corporate Directorates.
The role requires experience in overseeing and resolving a wide range and high volume of employee relations cases.
Location: York Hospital, Wigginton Road, York YO31 8ZZ. The role can be based at either York or Scarborough site with requirement to work across Trust sites. Flexible working and home-working patterns are in place with attendance for face-to-face meetings as required.
Pay: Agenda for Change, Band 7. Salary £47,810 to £54,710 per annum. Contract: Permanent. Working pattern: Full-time, Flexible working, Compressed hours.
