Qualifications

Our client is a large/expanding food manufacturer. It is an exciting time to join this growing business which is undergoing a period of transformation. Providing HR BP support, your role would be responsible for:

  • HR generalist guidance and support to internal stakeholders.
  • Employee relations; liaising/advising on disciplinaries/grievances, ensuring accuracy of documentation provided.
  • Involvement in all aspects of the employee lifecycle including recruitment, training, development, engagement, retention, etc.
  • Leading/supporting various HR, business change, and growth projects as required.
  • Ideally, experience of working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment (or similar).
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to develop excellent cross-functional relationships.
  • Proven relationship-building experience.
