HR Business Partner (6-Month FTC)

Location : West Midlands

Salary : £55,000 – £65,000

A leading organisation undergoing a significant period of transformational change is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join the team on an initial 6-month fixed-term contract. This is a pivotal role, partnering closely with a range of corporate functions and acting as a trusted adviser to senior stakeholders.

The successful candidate will bring a pragmatic approach, strong commercial awareness, and the confidence to operate in an environment characterised by complexity, ambiguity, and evolving priorities. This is a hands‑on role suited to someone who is comfortable rolling up their sleeves, managing a diverse stakeholder group, and supporting the business through change.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic and operational HR business partnering across multiple corporate functions.
  • Act as a trusted adviser to leaders, offering coaching, challenge, and guidance on people‑related matters.
