Job Description:

Catalyst Partners are exclusively mandated on an exciting HR Analyst opportunity. Our client is a growing trading firm with a global presence going through a people transformation.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for employees with HR-related queries.
  • Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, internal mobility, and offboarding.
  • Support employee relations matters, including preparing formal documentation, minute-taking, and coordinating settlement agreements in line with company policies.
  • Assist in the creation, review, implementation, and communication of HR policies and procedures.
  • Contribute to reporting and analytics, using employee data to identify trends and drive improvements.
  • Work across general HR systems and support a variety of HR projects, helping to streamline and enhance processes.

Experience

  • A junior HR Analyst or a recent graduate with excellent systems and tech skills.
  • Strong interest in financial services and a curiosity to understand how HR can support business growth.
  • Conscientious with a sharp eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Proactive and confident in sharing ideas, asking questions, and contributing to team success.
  • Familiarity with HR Information Systems (ideally HiBob).
