HR Advisor

The Role

Reporting directly to a Senior HR Leader, you will act as the go‑to expert for HR guidance, coaching managers across East Anglia on all HR matters throughout the entire employee lifecycle. This is a pivotal role that requires ensuring legal compliance, providing swift and high‑quality HR solutions, and contributing to key strategic HR projects alongside the wider HR and Project Teams.

Predominantly remote working, this role requires you to be located in East Anglia due to occasional travel to office / sites.
