A leading international law firm is seeking an experienced HR Systems and MI Manager to enhance their HR technology and streamline processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing HR Information Systems, particularly SAP SuccessFactors, and a proven ability to deliver insightful management information. This role includes line management of analysts and collaboration across departments.

Overview

This incredibly impressive, successful, international Law Firm is looking for an experienced HR Information Management professional to join its highly-regarded HR Team.

The role is supremely important within the firm, the HR Systems and MI Manager will be responsible for managing and optimising the Firm’s HR system and delivering insightful management information (MI) to support strategic decision-making within the Firm. This role involves ensuring the effective use of HR technology to streamline processes and enhance data-driven decision-making capabilities. The role holder will work closely with HR, IT and Finance teams, to ensure the right solutions and processes are in place to support the evolving needs of the business.

There is line management responsibility of a Systems Analyst and a Reporting and MI Analyst. The role reports into our Head of HR Policy & Services.

Qualifications

To apply you will need a proven track record in managing HR Information Systems, preferably SAP SuccessFactors, proven experience in HR systems management and MI delivery, preferably within a law firm or professional services environment, and have experience of leading HR systems.
