As an HSE Manager, you will be responsible for managing and implementing health, safety, and environmental programs and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You will work closely with management and employees to promote a culture of safety and well-being throughout the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HSE policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and unsafe conditions.
  • Implement and manage effective incident reporting and investigation systems.
  • Provide HSE training and inductions to employees and contractors.
  • Develop and deliver safety awareness programs and initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyze HSE performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with management and employees to develop and implement safe work practices and risk reduction strategies.
  • Manage and maintain HSE documentation and records.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant HSE legislation, regulations, and standards.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging HSE trends.
  • Coordinate with external stakeholders such as regulatory agencies and industry associations.
  • Lead investigations into incidents and accidents, and ensure appropriate corrective actions are taken.
  • Provide HSE recommendations and guidance to project teams and senior management.
