Qualifications

  • Experience with IMCA-approved contractors is required.
  • Auditor and investigation certification is essential.

Responsibilities

  • Manage subcontractors and evaluate supplier document registries.
  • Develop and maintain project deliverables.
  • Lead the risk management process.
  • Facilitate HSE readiness reviews.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.
  • Plan and conduct internal HSE audits.
  • Lead investigations and maintain emergency response teams.

HSE Engineer
  • South West London Office
  • Competitive Salary Package OR Contract option available
  • 12+ month contract | 37.5 hours per week
  • Hybrid working arrangement for office and home working

Ceto Talent is partnering with a leading EPC contractor, delivering large-scale and complex energy projects within the offshore energy sector.

As an HSE Engineer, you'll be part of a seven-person project team responsible for developing, applying and tracking the project's safety management system across the BP NEP / NZT Carbon Capture Project and future work. You'll also have ongoing opportunities to build your expertise and progress in your career.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Subcontractor Management and Evaluation including Supplier Document Register
  • Develop and maintain Project Deliverables
  • Lead Risk Management Process
  • Facilitate HSE Readiness Reviews
  • HSE Contract Administration
  • Ensure compliance with Contractual and Regulatory Requirements
  • Plan and conduct Internal HSE Audits
  • Lead Investigations
  • Maintain and coordinate Country Emergency Response Team
What We're Looking For
  • Degree level Qualification as well as HSE Qualification i.e Nebosh
  • Experience working for an IMCA-approved contractor.
  • Auditor and investigation certification.
  • Knowledge of IOGP and IMCA standards
