Job summary

A leading health and safety firm is seeking a proactive Health & Safety Compliance Officer to ensure rigorous adherence to UK legislation and enhance safety culture across the site. Key tasks include managing safety audits, conducting incident investigations, and overseeing compliance programs. The ideal applicant will possess a NEBOSH certificate, have at least 2 years of relevant experience in an industrial setting, and demonstrate strong leadership skills to foster workplace safety. This is a full-time permanent position based in Warwickshire.

Qualifications

• Must have a minimum 2 years' experience in a Health & Safety role.
• Experience with RIDDOR submissions and regulatory documentation is essential.
• Knowledge of manufacturing and industrial safety practices required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and promote safety culture across the site.
• Conduct thorough investigations of incidents.
• Ensure compliance with statutory safety inspections and training.
