Job Description
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations within the property department.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement effective control measures.
- Deliver training and guidance to staff on HSE best practices.
- Investigate incidents and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Prepare and maintain accurate documentation and reports related to HSE activities.
- Collaborate with management to develop and improve HSE policies and procedures.
- Monitor and evaluate workplace conditions to identify potential hazards.
- Support audits and inspections to ensure ongoing compliance.
The Successful Applicant
A successful HSE Advisor should have:
- Proven knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations and practices.
- Experience conducting risk assessments and implementing control measures.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to deliver training and communicate effectively with diverse teams.
- Familiarity with incident investigation processes and corrective actions.
