Job summary

A leading children's charity in Keele seeks an HR Systems Officer to manage HR data and support the implementation of a new HR Information System. This role involves ensuring accurate people data management, overseeing HR operations, and providing excellent support to the HR team. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational, communication, and IT skills, along with relevant experience in HR. Competitive salary of up to £34,000 per annum, with the option for informal homeworking arrangements.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrable experience in an HR Officer, HR Assistant or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of GDPR data accuracy requirements.
  • Excellent IT skills and confidence working with databases.
