A leading recruitment agency is recruiting an HR Team Leader for a large UK law firm in Birmingham. This role involves leading the HR Administration team, onboarding processes, and ensuring efficient operations without handling employee relations. The ideal candidate will have proven HR leadership experience and be CIPD Level 5 qualified. The position offers a salary of £45,000 - £55,000 depending on experience.

Qualifications

  • Proven HR operational or team leadership experience within professional services.
  • CIPD Level 5 qualified, Level 7 desirable.
  • Strong working knowledge of HR systems and compliance processes.
