The successful candidate will serve as a key point of contact for user support and project involvement, ensuring data integrity and improving system efficiencies. Candidates should have experience as an HR system super user, strong analytical skills, and the ability to communicate complex information clearly. Qualifications

  • Experience as an HR systems super user with interest in system development.
  • Experience conducting user testing.
  • Ability to analyze data from multiple sources.

  • Knowledge of integrations or interface processes preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Administer and maintain HR systems, including user setup and hierarchy changes.
  • Act as an escalation point for user issues and manage the change request review process.
  • Provide HR data and knowledge for projects regarding new or upgraded HR systems.
  • Collaborate with payroll and operational teams for payment accuracy.
  • Recommend system and process improvements proactively.
  • Create and maintain HR system guides and testing requirements.
  • Communicate system events effectively with the wider business.
