You will support strategic decisions through data-driven insights, contribute to the HR systems roadmap, and help maximize system efficiency and automation.

At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work majority of your week away from home. Away from home means either attendance at one of our head office locations, visiting clients or attending industry events.

Responsibilities
  • Collect, analyse, and validate HR data from multiple sources, including HRIS, surveys, and performance evaluations.
  • Cleanse and transform data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity.
  • Use advanced analysis techniques to identify trends, correlations, and insights related to HR metrics and KPIs.
  • Provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations to support HR initiatives and decision-making.
  • Stay informed on HR trends, industry benchmarks, and best practices to enhance analytics capabilities.
  • Participate in HR projects involving data analytics, system implementations, process improvements, and automation initiatives.
  • Maintain data privacy and adhere to governance standards when handling sensitive HR information.
  • Propose and implement automation and digital solutions for HR processes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and external vendors to optimize HR data systems and ensure data accuracy.
  • Support regulatory reporting, audits, and compliance requirements with accurate data.
  • Deliver training to HR team members on data analysis tools and techniques.
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards in Workday and other systems to support operational and strategic decisions.
  • Manage high-level HR reporting, build templates and tools, and ensure seamless system integrations with IT and stakeholders.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in data analytics, automation, and reporting.
  • Strong statistical background with expertise in developing dashboards and insights.
  • Proficiency in data tools such as Python, Power BI, and Excel (advanced skills).
  • Experience with HR systems, ideally including Workday, Oracle, Beqom, and iCIMS.
  • Familiarity with Workday reporting, Prism, and data analysis techniques.
  • Knowledge of machine learning and AI concepts, with an interest in applying these to HR data.
  • Excellent written and numerical communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to interpret complex data sets for stakeholders.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Logical, pragmatic, and a clear communicator.
