Overview

As an HR Services Data Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of monthly HR processes, including input into Business World. You’ll be the first point of contact for a wide range of HR queries, supporting colleagues across the organisation with professionalism and care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Input monthly HR data into Business World under the guidance of the HR Services Team Leader
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal stakeholders
  • Support HR projects and participate in system testing
  • Maintain accurate HR records and documentation
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and council policies
  • Collaborate with teams such as payroll, pensions, and workforce data
Essential
  • Minimum GCSE Grade C in Maths and English
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Experience in customer service and working with systems
  • Understanding of payroll and pension processes
Desirable
  • Working towards a CIPD qualification
  • Knowledge of HR administration and its impact across teams

Salary: The salary band for this role is £28,792 - £31,022 per annum. The starting salary is £28,792 with annual progression through the salary bands.
