Job summary

Qualifications

  • Experience in a similar HR coordination or recruitment-focused role.
  • Understanding of UK employment legislation and recruitment best practice.
  • CIPD Level 3 (or equivalent experience).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management ability.
  • Flair for new ideas and proactivity.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from advertising through to offer for roles at all levels.
  • Ensure all recruitment and onboarding activity aligns with UK employment legislation.
  • Produce HR dashboards and KPI reports for senior leaders.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS updates.
  • Support performance management cycles and employee engagement initiatives.
