Location: Shoreditch, London (office-based)

Hours: 2-3 days per week (flexible schedule)

Contract: Part-time, fixed-term (supporting 2025–2026 festival recruitment)

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Collaborating with festival leads to identify staffing needs across all events.
  • Creating job ads that capture the festival’s energy and culture.

  • Coordinating first-stage interviews and spotting top talent.
  • Managing contracts, onboarding, and all recruitment paperwork.
  • Ensuring new hires feel part of the festival family from day one.
  • Keeping recruitment timelines on track in a fast-paced festival environment.
  • Supporting general HR admin as needed.
