Job description
HR Projects Business Partner – 12-Month FTC

Are you an experienced HR project specialist looking to make a real impact? This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with the Head of HR, project teams, and the wider HR function, driving people-focused projects at a leading law firm.

The Opportunity

You’ll play a pivotal role in delivering key HR projects, ensuring successful colleague engagement and adoption. Your focus will be on the people side of change—preparing, supporting, and equipping stakeholders and colleagues to embrace new initiatives and ways of working.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement robust project management strategies that empower leaders, stakeholders, and colleagues to adapt to transformation.
  • Partner with business leaders, employees, and third parties to assess the impact of change on people, culture, and operations.
  • Proactively identify risks and obstacles, devising practical solutions to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Shape and deliver communication plans that clearly articulate project purpose, scope, and benefits to all audiences.
  • Engage with stakeholders at all levels to understand concerns, foster a supportive environment, and address resistance.
  • Provide guidance, tools, and mentoring to leaders and people managers, enabling them to lead their teams confidently through change.
  • Create roadmaps, activities, and collateral to ensure readiness across the business.
  • Monitor the impact of project deliverables, making adjustments to minimise disruption and maximise positive outcomes.
  • Champion a culture of adaptability, simplicity, and collaboration, promoting open communication and continuous learning.
About You
  • Demonstrated experience leading and supporting business and people projects, with a strong track record of successful delivery.
  • Excellent project management skills, including proficiency with project management tools and software.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage colleagues at all levels.
  • Strong stakeholder management experience, collaborating effectively across functions and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to organise, prioritise, and deliver to tight deadlines.

If you’re ready to take on a high-impact role in a dynamic, collaborative environment, we’d love to hear from you.
