A growing SecTech company is looking for a Project Manager to oversee HR initiatives and projects in Northampton, UK. You will manage the implementation of HR tools and data reporting, while working closely with the Group HR team. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in HRM, at least 3 years of relevant experience, and excellent communication skills. This role offers the chance to make a significant impact in a rapidly expanding organization.
You will play an important role in building excellent HR services. Working closely with the Group HR team and other departments you drive initiatives and projects for selecting, developing, improving and implementing HR tools & platforms that support our operational processes. Next to that you will have a strong focus on the data side and built the foundation for required management info & the HR Dasboards.
In general you are responsible for :
You will be part of the Group HR team and be based in the Netherlands (Apeldoorn) or the UK (Northampton).
We ask quite a lot of our new project manager, but that doesn\'t scare you off. On the contrary, you take the lead and get to work. It will be hard work and that will give you energy. You don\'t wait but take initiative and arrange it.
