We’re looking for a HR Operations Assistant to join our busy operations team, part of a wider HR department supporting over 1,700 employees. In this role, you’ll play a key part in advising and supporting colleagues while working collaboratively with the team to drive continuous improvement across all HR operational functions.
To succeed in this role, you'll have previous experience in an administrative position within HR, along with strong attention to detail, a high level of confidentiality, and excellent organisational skills. You’ll be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks efficiently. Strong communication skills are essential, as is the ability to meet deadlines and collaborate effectively as part of a team.

The postholder will be self‑motivated, working collaboratively with the Business Partner team and other teams in HR, actively managing their workload.
