Overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen at St Wilfrid’s to join our team as HR Officer. This is a brand new post to the school, offering the opportunity to shape its direction and make a meaningful impact from day one. This pivotal role will oversee the entire employee journey and payroll coordination. We’re seeking someone with strong administrative skills, a solid grasp of HR procedures, and a meticulous eye for detail - especially when it comes to safeguarding and compliance, including maintaining our Single Central Record. Communication is at the heart of this role. The post holder will be the go-to person for staff across all levels, offering first-line HR advice while also drawing on the expertise and support of colleagues in the Trust central team.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the entire employee journey and payroll coordination.

  • Collaborate with colleagues in the Trust central team for additional support as needed.
  • Maintain safeguarding and compliance, including the Single Central Record.
