A leading organisation in Dungannon is seeking an experienced HR Officer to manage the full recruitment cycle. The ideal candidate will have over 2 years of HR experience with a focus on recruitment, strong communication skills, and be CIPD-qualified or working towards it. Qualifications

  • 2+ years' HR experience with a strong focus on recruitment.
  • Familiar with online recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
  • CIPD-qualified or working towards (advantageous).
  • A collaborative team player with the ability to build relationships.

HR Officer - Dungannon - 12-Month FTC

MCS Group is delighted to be working with a leading organisation in Dungannon, who are seeking a proactive and experienced HR Officer to join their team on a fixed-term basis. Reporting to the HR Manager, you will take ownership of the full recruitment cycle, support employee onboarding, and contribute across a broad range of HR activities.

Role & Responsibilities
