The successful candidate will provide guidance on employee relations, contribute to culture enhancement, and support management in various HR initiatives. Key requirements include a relevant qualification, HR generalist experience, and CIPD membership. This is a contract role with a competitive salary of £33,024 per year.

Qualifications

• Third level qualification in Human Resources or business-related discipline, or a recognised professional qualification.
• 3 years’ generalist HR experience or 5 years’ generalist HR experience.
• Experience in management of complex HR cases compliant with NI legislation.
