A leading supply chain solutions provider in Calderdale is seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee its Brighouse and Leeds sites. This role involves delivering a comprehensive People Plan, driving leadership development, and managing employee relations. The ideal candidate should have CIPD Level 5 qualifications, strong HR expertise, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to driving change. The position offers a salary of up to £55,000, a company car allowance, annual leave, and various benefits including private medical insurance.
We are currently seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee our two sites in Brighouse and Leeds on our Morrisons and Nutmeg sites.
You'll lead the design and delivery of a holistic, integrated HR service across two key sites. You'll drive the People Plan, ensure compliance, and create a culture where leadership standards and employee engagement thrive.

This is a full‑time, permanent role. You'll be working Monday to Friday, covering the hours of 09:00 till 17:00.
We offer a salary of up to £55,000 per annum, 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays).
