HR Lead

Salary: £33,143 FTE

Part-time and flexible working will be considered

We wish to appoint an enthusiastic and committed HR Lead who will play a crucial role in providing and managing a comprehensive, centralised HR operations service to the Trust and its Academies.

The role holder will provide HR strategic leadership across the Trust with travel to various locations and will provide overall strategic and operational leadership and management of all aspects of HR.

The Balcarras Trust currently comprises three schools: Balcarras, The High School Leckhampton and Winchcombe School.

The Trust has over 2700 pupils and over 500 members of staff.
