HR & Employment Solicitor (Partner), 7+ Years PQE, Birmingham, £Competitive (DOE) – A new opportunity for an experienced Employment Solicitor looking for that next step in their career. JOB REF: 1164.

Responsibilities
  • Head up the Employment team in the Birmingham office as a Partner.
  • Manage a varied employment caseload, including discipline and grievances, bullying and harassment, employee conflict, Equality and Diversity, sickness absence and disability, and redundancies.
  • Provide employment law advice across a broad range of matters and contribute to the team\'s value-added services, with a focus on training and development opportunities.
  • Work in a professional, friendly, sociable setting and perform under pressure with a business/commercial mindset.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 7 Years PQE in Employment Law.
  • Experience in leading a team and managing a department as a Partner or senior solicitor.
  • Strong ability to work under pressure and drive business development.
