We’re looking for a HR Coordinator t to join us on a 12-month fixed term basis to cover maternity leave from the end of March.

In this role you’ll have a major impact on helping us achieve our goal. You’ll report to the HR Business Partner and will take responsibility for providing an efficient, accurate and timely administrative support service encompassing all areas of generalist HR across the business.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Managing an internal inbox, responding to HR process related queries in a timely and effective manner, prioritising as appropriate.
  • Collating updates and amending organisation charts monthly.
  • Arranging fact find, disciplinary, appeal and grievance hearings, including production of invite and outcome letters.
  • Inputting all ER activity and actions into our internal systems and logging onto trackers.
  • Support HR Advisors and HR Business Partners with regular HR processes such as Data subject access requests, colleague engagement activity and ad-hoc projects.
