We’re looking for a highly organised and detail‑driven HR Co‑Ordinate to join our People team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, producing clear and accurate documentation, and supporting fair, consistent employee relations processes. You’ll play a key part in ensuring our HR operations run smoothly, with a particular focus on employee relations administration, HR reporting, and drafting outcome letters.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coordination, data, process and structure, and who wants to build strong foundations for a career in HR.

Day to Day
Employee Relations & Case Support
  • Provide administrative and coordination support across ER activity, including investigations, disciplinary matters, grievances, performance processes, absence management and flexible working requests.
  • Prepare, format and issue outcome letters and formal documentation, ensuring accuracy, consistency and compliance with internal policies.
  • Attend ER meetings as required to take minutes, track actions and maintain clear case records.
  • Maintain confidential case files in line with GDPR and data protection requirements.
HR Reporting & Data
  • Produce regular HR reports covering absence, turnover, starters/leavers, probation, ER activity and other workforce metrics.
  • Maintain HR dashboards and reporting packs, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates.
  • Support audit and compliance activity through strong data management and record‑keeping.
  • Analyse data trends and flag risks or anomalies to the HR team.
HR Administration & Coordination
  • Act as a key liaison with HR Shared Services to process reporting line changes, absence updates, holidays and other HR system transactions.
  • Support payroll‑related data requests, naming conventions and system processes.
  • Coordinate recruitment administration, onboarding and inductions.
  • Support HR projects through coordination, tracking actions and maintaining documentation.
  • Assist with policy updates, template maintenance and document control.

  • Collaborative approach and willingness to support colleagues across the HR function.
