Responsibilities

• Coordinating end-to-end recruitment for c.20 manufacturing roles.
• Supporting the HR workstream for the site launch.
• Managing onboarding activity, including BPSS clearances.
• Organising training logistics.
• Providing regular updates and metrics to stakeholders.
