Hr Business Partner (Human Resources)
Location: Warwick, CV34 4UL
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Duration: 6+ Months
Working Hours: Mon Fri, 09 00, 37 Hours per week
Pay Rate: £ 24.23 Per Hour

Job Responsibilities
  • Act as a strategic partner to the business, aligning HR strategies with organizational goals.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on HR policies and procedures to management and staff.
  • Lead and manage employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with legal and organizational standards.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify workforce needs and develop recruitment strategies.
  • Facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
  • Manage performance appraisal processes and support managers in addressing performance issues.
  • Analyze HR data and metrics to inform decision-making and improve HR practices.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
Person Specifications
Must Have
  • Proven experience in a similar HR role, preferably as an HR Business Partner.
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong problem‑solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
