Overview

People & Culture Business Partner
Location: Just outside Colchester (Essex)
Salary: Up to £47,500 FTE (pro rata for part time)
Contract: 4 or 5 days per week considered, permanent, onsite.

Be the first to shape and define this new role. Work with leaders to develop, coach, and stretch identified internal talent. Flexibility – This role could be 5 or 4 days per week. CIPD not essential – demonstrated experience is just as valued. Great location just outside Colchester, with easy access to the A12 and A120.

What we’re looking for
  • Experience working in a senior HR / People Partnering capacity.
  • Strong working knowledge of UK employment law.
  • Proven ability to build credibility and influence at all levels.
  • Excellent coaching and stakeholder management skills.
  • Commercially focused, solutions-driven, and proactive.
