A local government authority in Ipswich is looking for an HR Business Partner Change to drive transformation in their Human Resources team. As a key member of our HR service you’ll work collaboratively with managers and leaders providing expert advice on all aspects of HR and organisational development with a strong focus on transformation, cultural change and strategic workforce planning.
