A leading professional services company in the UK is seeking a Learning and Development People Partner to foster a strong learning culture. This role involves understanding development needs and delivering high-quality solutions while traveling to various sites across the country. The ideal candidate has substantial experience in Learning & Development, strong facilitation skills, and a CIPD Level 5 qualification. My client within the Professional Services sector have an exciting opportunity for a Learning and Development People Partner to join their team on a permanent basis.
Location: you can be based anywhere within England, with travel across a variety of sites around the UK once or twice a month. Locations include but not limited too: Birmingham, Bristol, London, Redditch, Sheffield. 12 locations span from London, Bristol right up to Glasgow.
Headcount: 800 employees.
Salary: Up to £50,000 PA.
Learning and Development People Partner The Role:
As a Learning and Development People Partner, you ll play a key role in strengthening the organisation s learning culture and enabling our people to grow, thrive, and contribute at their best. This is a high-impact role where you ll partner with stakeholders across the business to understand development needs and deliver tailored, high-quality learning solutions.
You ll be based in the Midlands with regular travel to other UK offices, working in close collaboration with our wider People team to design, implement, and evaluate development initiatives that support capability, performance, and long-term growth.
