A leading broadcasting corporation in Salford is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner. The ideal candidate will collaborate with the Sport team, driving HR initiatives that support event coverage and sports journalism. This role offers a competitive salary range of £60,000 - £75,700 and flexible working arrangements are available. The selected candidate will contribute to improving workplace culture across the organization.

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE: We have an exciting opportunity for a HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join the BBC Content HR team, where you will be working in partnership with Sport, an operation covering both event coverage and sports journalism as well supporting BBC iPlayer, BBC Sounds and Sport online.
