HR Business Partner

Nottinghamshire - Hybrid working with occasional local travel

Salary up to GBP47,000 plus benefits

Permanent, full-time (term-time working may be considered)

SF Recruitment are looking for a HRBP to join a supportive central HR team, providing expert HR guidance and advice to a group of sites across Nottinghamshire. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, varied role and has a strong background in employee relations and change management.

You will partner & working closely with leaders to deliver a comprehensive HR service and supporting a variety projects and initiatives. Your focus will be on coaching, enabling and embedding highly effective people practices that support improvement. This role offers flexibility, with the ability to work across sites, the main office, or from home depending on business needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partnering with leaders to provide advice and guidance on complex HR matters
  • Managing employee relations casework, including grievance, disciplinary, performance, absence
  • Leading on restructures, redundancies and TUPE transfers
  • Working with trade unions and staff representatives to maintain positive relationships
  • Supporting national HR projects and initiatives
  • Using HR data to inform decisions, influence strategy and drive improvements
Qualifications
  • Experienced in managing a wide range of complex employee relations casework
  • Confident in handling restructures, redundancies and TUPE processes
  • Knowledgeable in HR policy, employment law and best practice (ideally within a highly regulated environment)
  • Able to build strong and collaborative relationships
  • CIPD qualified (or equivalent experience)
