Overview

We are currently working in partnership with a Housing Association based in Merseyside, who are recruiting for a HR Business Partner on a Fixed Term Contract initially 1.5 - 2 years. The position is due to start as soon as possible ( subject to notice). This is a full time role, 37 hours per week, which offers agile working and pays approx. £50,000 per annum

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record with effective stakeholder management during a time of business culture transformation and modernisation.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives, particularly around change, growth, and transformation
  • Drive cultural change initiatives, supporting the organisation's shift in mindset, behaviours, and values during a period of significant transition
  • Support organisational modernisation, including workforce planning and capability building aligned to new technologies and ways of working.
  • Coach and influence managers to lead through change effectively, fostering inclusive and high-performing team environments
  • Lead on employee engagement and communications, ensuring transparency and buy-in throughout the change journey
  • Analyse people data and trends to inform decision-making and measure the impact of transformation initiatives on culture and performance
