A recruitment agency is seeking a HR Business Partner for a Housing Association in Merseyside. This full-time, fixed-term role (1.5 - 2 years) offers agile working and a salary of approx. £50,000. The ideal candidate should have strong stakeholder management skills and a background in business transformation. Responsibilities include aligning HR strategies with business goals and driving cultural change initiatives.
We are currently working in partnership with a Housing Association based in Merseyside, who are recruiting for a HR Business Partner on a Fixed Term Contract initially 1.5 - 2 years. The position is due to start as soon as possible ( subject to notice). This is a full time role, 37 hours per week, which offers agile working and pays approx. £50,000 per annum
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record with effective stakeholder management during a time of business culture transformation and modernisation.
