Job summary

A national charity is looking for an HR Business Partner to oversee HR administration on a fully remote basis. This role involves guiding managers, providing leadership to HR Administrators, and managing critical HR processes including Employee Relations cases and TUPE projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong HR generalist background, leadership experience, and a sound understanding of employment law. The position offers a competitive salary and 28 days annual leave.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a senior HR role (HR Advisor, HRBP, or HR Manager).
  • Experience with TUPE and redundancies.

Responsibilities

  • Lead on TUPE projects.
  • Manage redundancy programmes as needed.

HR Business Partner
  • Fully remote role
  • National charity
  • Initial 6 month fixed term contract with potential to extend
  • Salary up to £46,500 plus 28 days annual leave (plus bank holidays) and 35 bhour working week

A fantastic UK charity organisation is looking for an HR Business Partner to join their HR function on an initial 6 month fixed term basis. This role will oversee HR administration and be responsible for the following :

  • Guide and support managers through HR process
  • provide leadership to HR Administrators
  • Generalist HR support
  • ER / Employee Relations casework
  • Lead on TUPE projects
  • Lead on redundancy programmes where required
  • Building relationships with stakeholders and looking at opportunities for improvement
  • HR projects and analyising of data

To be considered suitable you will have previpous experience in a senior HR role (HR Advisor, HRBP or HR Manager) along with the following :

  • Ideally CIPD 5 or above
  • Strong HR generalist background
  • Experience of handling ER, TUPE and redundancies
  • Ideally some experience of leading / advising junior HR team members
  • Solid understanding of employment law
