A global energy technology leader is seeking an HR Business Partner based in Leeds to lead HR initiatives and shape a supportive culture. You will deliver HR projects aligned with the company's People First strategy while guiding leaders through organizational change. The Leeds Plant is a key part of the UK&I team and this role plays a key part in shaping an inclusive, supportive culture where people can һуҗ perform at their best. You’ll partner closely with leaders and teams across the Engineered to Order (ETO) organisation to bring the company’s people strategy to life.
