A leading sports organization in the UK seeks an experienced HR Specialist to provide comprehensive HR support services across multiple locations. The ideal candidate will have 3–4 years of HR experience, strong organizational skills, and an inclusive approach to people management. The role involves expert HR advising, managing casework and driving performance reviews. The position offers a competitive salary, hybrid working arrangements, and benefits including a pension and health insurance.

Hours: 40 Hours per week
British Rowing is home to a committed and talented workforce and this role plays a central part in helping that team thrive. Working closely with the Operations Manager you will lead the delivery of high‑quality HR support services for more than 80 employees across two sites and a growing remote workforce. From recruitment and onboarding to health wellbeing and performance processes you will help ensure every colleague feels supported, valued and able to contribute at their best.
This is a pivotal role in shaping a positive high‑performing culture. As our standalone HR specialist within the Operations Directorate you will act as the first point of contact for people‑related matters drawing on external partners where needed to ensure professional, timely and consistent support. You will help embed effective people practices, champion inclusion and wellbeing and play a key role in developing the systems and standards that enable British Rowings staff team to succeed.
