Role Purpose and Description
The HR Business Partner (HRBP) partners with leaders across the UK business unit to deliver people strategies that enable growth, engagement, and performance. Acting as a trusted partner, the HRBP provides expert support across the full range of HR generalist responsibilities — from employee relations and reward through to workforce planning and organizational change.
This role requires someone who can balance hands-on HR delivery with strategic input, leveraging strong data and analytical skills to guide decision-making. The HRBP ensures UK people practices align with global frameworks while meeting local business and regulatory requirements.
