Operational Responsibilities

• Trusted Advisor: Provide expert HR support to managers and employees, addressing performance, employee relations, and compliance issues.
• Talent Scout: Oversee the recruitment and selection process, ensuring we attract and hire top talent.
• Onboarding Guru: Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring seamless transitions for new hires and departing employees.
• Compensation & Benefits Expert: Execute compensation processes with excellent and contribute to the creation of benefits programs that attract and retain top talent.
• Compliance Leader: Ensure adherence to UK employment laws and company policies.
• Engagement Advocate: Actively promote and support employee engagement activities and programs.
• Program Facilitator: Lead the delivery of associated programs across the business.
