As an HR Business Partner, you will be a trusted advisor to senior leaders and managers, driving real impact across the organization.

The Role

HR Business Partner to join our People Team. This role will cover homes across the Norfolk and Midlands regions while supporting colleagues in our Support Centre based in Northampton. If youre ready to lead with heart and drive positive change across our business, wed love to hear from you.

What Youll Be Doing
  • Partnering with managers to resolve employee relations matters with confidence and care
  • Leading on health & wellbeing initiatives, including occupational health and return-to-work strategies
  • Reviewing and evolving HR policies to keep us compliant, consistent, and compassionate
  • Coaching leaders to manage people issues independently and effectively
  • Interpreting employee data to uncover trends and drive smarter decisions
  • Supporting key HR projects and contributing to continuous improvement across the business
  • Staying ahead of employment law and HR best practices to keep us future-ready
What Youll Bring
