A leading law firm in London seeks an experienced HR Business Partner to support a Council through significant transformation. The role involves strategic partnerships, resource planning, and developing workforce plans. Ideal candidates will have local government experience and a strong background in HR transformation. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract with hybrid working options.
We are looking for a strong HR Business Partner with a background in transformation to support a London Council through significant change.
This is a critical role providing a strategic interface between HR and OD supporting the organisational wide Target Operating Model transformation programme, where you will work in partnership with leaders, key stakeholders and HR and OD colleagues to provide high level HR support.

To be considered you need to ideally come with local government experience – applicants with this will be reviewed first.
You also need to have clear experience in leading HR transformation from a business partner perspective.
This is a fixed term contract of 12 months and offers hybrid working
