Salary :

The salary range for this position is 32000 - 35500 per annum; base salary may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Wayfair is seeking a Human Resources Associate for our Shared Services function supporting all of our Europe & Asia locations.

As a member of the Human Resources Team you will impact the lives of every Wayfair team member through benefits administration, processing of employee-focused policies, new employee onboarding and general support throughout the employee life cycle. The Human Resources team ensures that the fun, hardworking, and innovative culture of Wayfair are constants in the work lives of our employees.

What You’ll Do

• Support our EU & Asia Business and HR teams across various corporate & warehouse sites to process employee relations requests, leave requests, administer benefits, and generate & amend employee contracts.
• Conduct trainings relating to best practices for processing requests.
• Support org and structural changes ensuring consistency & speed.
• Audit and maintain accuracy of employee records using various HRIS systems.
• Support new-hire onboarding process and iterate to drive the best experience focusing on speed & accuracy of processing.
• Support performance management activities, particularly with reporting employee data.
• Assist with executing change management & communication strategies as HR Shared Services processes evolve.

What You’ll Bring

• Experience in a dedicated HR Generalist, Shared Services, or HRIS role preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to effectively and respectfully partner with individuals at varying levels within an organization.
• Comfortable adapting to change in a fast-paced, dynamic, and sometimes ambiguous environment.
• Outstanding interpersonal verbal and written communication skills.
