Job summary

A recruitment agency is seeking an experienced HR Assistant to support various people-centric initiatives. The role involves managing recruitment processes, maintaining employee records, and leading onboarding for new hires. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, be proactive, and have a CIPD Level 3 qualification or equivalent, all within a positive, inclusive work culture. Qualifications

  • Currently working in an HR Advisor, HR Assistant, HR Administrator, or similar Human Resources role.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Strong interest in HR/People & Culture.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, including drafting job posts, reviewing CVs, and coordinating interviews.
  • Lead the onboarding process for new starters, ensuring a smooth introduction.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
  • Coordinate and support training and development activities.

Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Confident user of Microsoft Office
Proactive and self-motivated

Education

CIPD Level 3 qualified or currently studying (or equivalent)
